New Years Resolutions...(part 3)

Here's my final blog entry for 2008. For the past two days I have blogged about my New Years Resolutions. You can read the two previous post here (part 1) (part 2).

My final two resolutions are to eat healthier and exercise consistently. These two will definitely be a challenge for me. I'm not a big junk food eater or candy eater so that part shouldn't be to difficult. My goals not to turn into a health nut, but I do want to be more conscious of my portions and quality of food I eat. This one will be more difficult then the previous two.

My final resolution is to exercise consistently. I have failed miserably in this area over the past couple of years. I am determined to stay in good physical health and I'm determined to be fit. If you're like me it's the getting started part that seems the hardest. Then when do I do it? I got kids, work, etc...wait a minute those are the same excuses I've been making. Hopefully this time next year I can tell you that I have created a consistent plan and I'm sticking to it.

Well, that's it for 2008. A year has come and gone and it's time to more on. As the saying goes, "I'll blog again next year." Have a great New Year!
